in Goumenissa
From Athens follow the national road to Thessaloniki, after the Malgara tolls, take the exit for Euzonus, continue for about 40 km, exit for Polykastro and your final destination. In total, you will travel 540 km.
From Thessaloniki, follow the road to Edessa, at Agios Athanasios, take the exit for Euzonous/Polykastro. You will travel 70 km.
By bus, arriving in bus station “KTEL Makedonia” you should take a bus to Goumenissa. Available itineraries KTEL Kilkis (tel. 23430 22315) you will find on Facebook page.
To reach the “KTEL Makedonia” bus station interurban station from the airport, you will take the public bus line 78 (78N at night) which starts from the airport and ends at the “KTEL Makedonia” bus station. If you are not going to the bus station from the airport, other lines that can take you to “KTEL Makedonia” are 1, 8, 12, 45, 80, 81, 82A, 82B, 82E, 82K, 89A, 89B.
